SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

THE FINAL SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE IN FORM OF:
Articles (8,000 10,000 words). Traditional scholarly articles, examining human rights issues at a high level and with originality.
Essays (3,000 5,000 words). Essays examine contemporary issues with an argumentative focus. a more acute
Case/Policy Commentaries (3,000-5,000 words). Commentaries analyze recent cases (before any adjudicatory body, including international courts, domestic courts, treaty bodies, tribunals, etc.), policies, or treaties.
Student Notes (3000-4000 words). Non-doctoral law students may also submit a piece for consideration.
TIMELINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 May 2024
Notification of Selected Submissions: 30 May 2024
Submission of Final Papers: 15 August 2024
